Mother's Day 2015

I read about this day yesterday and the idea behind it is pretty nice.
It's a new celebration (1908) and it originated in the USA.

As it's celebrated around the world, florists must be on cloud nine.

I wish people bought just flowers, not... "presents".

Do people need a special day to remind them that they have a mother?

John Wick (to be continued)

Today I wanted to buy two eclair, but the line was ridiculous, so I left.
The market flower has opened, but there are more florists to come.
I need to buy a cherry-tomato plant and some herbs.
Planted the chive seeds, also the morning glory, freesia many more.
Let's  see how it goes.
The two roses look just fine.

We began watching John Wick. Something went wrong, so it stopped.
Interesting movie, excellent music.

I am not crazy about the fighting scenes. He is wasting time flipping them over.

All these revenge stories are great to watch.

Baltimore riots, toilet paper man

This image should be seen as the perfect symbol of what these "riots" are all about.

In the background, the burning police van and a private car probably are setting the tone in contrast to this young male who, otherwise, could very well be a normal shopper.

His middle finger having as background the pack of toilet paper is also symbolic.
Just think about it. He had to use a finger to give us his salute. Since his other hand is not available, carrying two large plastic bag, his brain reacted fast: his hand, holding the toilet paper, was functional. So, he goes for it.
He is telling us :"I am poor, this is my right, this is my shit, f*k off".

Interesting how poverty is openly and officially linked to criminality.

The cohorts of hard-working, GENUINE poor people shouldn't accept this insult.

Montreal freaking spring: 3C, feels like -2C - Flurries!!!

It looks like a joke. IT ISN'T!
Yesterday, I was thinking who on earth would willingly move to a place where there is no greenery for about 6 months a year?

FLURRIES!!!
